This website and our service are provided by JANGGA CO., LTD. (“WhereInSeoul”, “we”, “us”), 2F, Building Da, Beauty Planet Building, 55-23 Haepo-gil, Deogyang-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea, a foreign patient facilitator registered with Gyeonggi-do (registration no. What we do
- suggest clinics from our partner network that fit your inquiry
- pass your questions between you and the clinic
- go with you to the clinic and handle check-in and wayfinding
- check in with you after you return home and book the clinic’s follow-up consultations
- with your consent, keep a family member you name updated
Inside the consultation room, the clinic’s in-house interpreter, a member of the clinic’s staff, supports you in English. We do not interpret during consultations.
We are not a medical provider
Medical services are provided by the clinic and its doctors, who are responsible for them. We do not give medical advice, recommend treatments or make medical decisions. Information on this website is general and is not medical advice. We cannot promise any particular medical result.
Quotes and payment
Quotes come from the clinic, and prices are set by the clinic. Nothing is booked until you agree. You pay the clinic directly for your treatment, using the payment methods the clinic accepts.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellations, changes and refunds follow the clinic’s own policy. We share that policy with your quote, before you agree to anything.
Your part
- give us accurate information
- arrange your own passport, visa, flights, accommodation and travel insurance
- follow the clinic’s instructions before and after treatment
Age
You must be 18 or over to use our service, or act through a parent or legal guardian. Aesthetic treatments are for adults only.
Liability
We are responsible for the care with which we provide our own coordination service. We are not responsible for medical services provided by clinics. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are heard by the competent courts of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the law of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
